HOW TO GET STARTED

Referral Partner Application
Click apply today to submit your referral partner application. We will review your application within 48-hours and respond with any questions. If we decide to accept your application we'll be in touch to schedule a 30-min discovery call to learn more about you, your business, and how we can support our referral partnership.

Referral Partner Agreement
Once we have accepted your application and connected on our discovery call, we'll send a formal acceptance or rejection notice. Upon acceptance into the Referral Partner Program, your Account Manager will send our Referral Partner Agreement for review and execution. You will be required to provide direct deposit information and complete the appropriate tax documents. Once completed your partner will review your referral partner agreement and countersign to make your referral partnership with Xceptional effective!

Submit Referrals
Bookmark our Referral Submission Form to submit your referrals. We accept email introductions but ask that you also submit them via the referral submission form to ensure that they are properly tracked.

Start Earning
Within 24-hours of your referral submission, a member of our team will reach out to your referral to facilitate a Discovery Meeting. Once we understand your referral's needs, we will structure an engagement for the client. Upon the execution of that engagement and receipt of payment, your commissions (according to the terms of our Referral Partner Agreement) shall be calculated and remitted the following month.

What is the Referral Partner Program?
Xceptional's Referral Partner Program allows partners to earn commission from submitted referrals that become clients and participate in our referral rewards program. The terms and conditions of your Referral Partner Agreement will apply and disclose further program details.
How do I send referrals?
